Gen Z: Job 23
Job was like, "Yo, I gotta spill some tea."
My vibes are mad bitter today; this pain hits harder than my complaints, no cap.
Man, I wish I knew where to find Him so I could roll up to His spot!
I’d lay out my case and hit Him with some solid arguments, fr.
I wanna know what He’d say back to me and get the full deets.
Is He gonna go hard against me with His power? Nah, He’d boost me up instead.
The righteous can debate with Him, and I’d be free from my judge, periodt.
I’m trying to move forward, but He’s MIA; I look back and still can’t see Him.
I check the left where He’s working, but like, I can’t catch a glimpse; He’s hiding on the right.
But He knows the path I’m on; after He tests me, I’ll shine like gold, no cap.
I’ve been following His steps, keeping it real, and not slipping up.
I haven’t bounced from His commands; I value His words more than my snacks, fr.
He’s got one mindset, and who can switch it up? Whatever He wants, that’s what goes down.
He’s got my destiny locked in, and there’s a whole lot more with Him.
So yeah, I’m shook by His presence; when I think about it, I get nervous.
God softens my heart, and the Almighty keeps me on my toes.
I wasn’t snatched away before the darkness hit, and He hasn’t blocked it from my face.
