Gen Z: Deuteronomy 23
If you're hurt down there or got your stuff cut off, you can't roll with the squad at the Lord's place.
If you're a total illegitimate child, you can’t vibe with the Lord's crew; not even for ten generations, fam.
Ammonites and Moabites can't join the Lord's squad; even their tenth generation is outta luck, fr.
They didn't show you any love with food or water when you left Egypt, and they hired Balaam to throw shade at you.
But the Lord wasn’t having it with Balaam; instead, He flipped that curse into a blessing 'cause He’s got mad love for you.
Don’t even think about seeking their peace or good vibes, like, ever.
Don't hate on the Edomites; they're your fam. And don't trip on Egyptians either, 'cause you were once a stranger in their land.
The kids born from them can join the Lord's crew in their third generation, no cap.
When the squad goes to battle against your enemies, stay clear of anything sus.
If any dude among you is unclean 'cause of nighttime issues, he gotta dip out of the camp, no exceptions.
But when evening hits, he should wash up and then come back to the camp, periodt.
You gotta have a spot outside the camp where you can go chill.
And keep a paddle with your gear; when you gotta do your business, dig a hole and cover it up, fam.
The Lord walks in your camp to save you and handle your enemies, so keep it holy; don’t let Him see anything dirty.
Don’t send back a runaway servant to their master; that’s just savage.
Let them chill with you, wherever they vibe best in your gates; don’t oppress them, for real.
No ho's among the daughters of Israel, and no dudes acting sus among the sons, that’s a hard pass.
Don’t bring the pay of a ho or the price of a dog into the Lord's house for any promises; both are a big no-no to the Lord.
Don’t charge your brother interest on loans, whether it's cash, food, or anything else; that’s just wrong.
You can charge strangers interest, but not your bro; that way, the Lord can bless all your hustle in the land you’re claiming.
When you make a promise to the Lord, don’t sleep on paying it back; He’s gonna expect it, and that’s straight-up sin if you don’t.
But if you choose not to make a promise, that’s cool, no sin in that.
Keep your word on what you say; even if it’s a freewill offering, do what you promised the Lord with your mouth.
When you hit up your neighbor’s vineyard, eat all the grapes you want, but don’t take any with you, fam.
When you’re in your neighbor’s cornfield, you can grab some with your hands, but don’t bust out a sickle on it.
