Gen Z: Psalms 6
Yo God, don’t come at me with that anger, chill with the heat, fam.
Have mercy on me, God; I’m down bad: heal me, my bones are stressing.
My soul’s feeling mad heavy: but fr, how long, God?
Come back, God, save my soul: do it for the sake of your vibes.
In death, no one’s out here remembering you: in the grave, who’s giving you props?
I’m tired of all this groaning; my bed’s basically a pool at night; I’m soaking my couch with tears.
My eyes are done because of the feels; they’re aging fast from all my haters.
Bounce from me, all you shady peeps; God heard my cries, no cap.
God heard my prayers; He’s got my back on this one.
Let all my enemies feel that shame and struggle: let them come back and feel it hard.
