1The heads of the Levite fams rolled up to Eleazar the priest and Joshua, son of Nun, plus the big dogs of the Israel tribes; vibes all around.

2They were like, “Yo, at Shiloh in Canaan, God told Moses to hook us up with cities to chill in, plus some space for our cattle.”

3So the Israelites dropped some of their inheritance to the Levites, all according to what the Lord said, giving them these cities and the surrounding area.

4The lot fell for the Kohath fams: Aaron's crew, who are Levites, got thirteen cities from Judah, Simeon, and Benjamin; that’s goated.

5The rest of the Kohath fams snagged ten cities from Ephraim, Dan, and half of Manasseh; no cap.

6The Gershon fams got thirteen cities from Issachar, Asher, Naphtali, and half of Manasseh in Bashan; that’s bussin.

7The Merari fams rolled with twelve cities from Reuben, Gad, and Zebulun; savage distribution.

8The Israelites gave these cities and their suburbs to the Levites by lot, just like God told Moses to do; periodt.

9They handed out cities from Judah and Simeon, the ones mentioned by name; straight up.

10The kids of Aaron, from the Kohath fam, who are Levites, got the first lot; it’s lit.

11They hooked them up with the city of Arba, Anak's dad, which is Hebron, in the hills of Judah, with the vibes all around it.

12But the fields of the city and the villages? They gave those to Caleb, Jephunneh's son, for his chill spot.

13So they blessed the kids of Aaron the priest with Hebron and its vibes, making it a safe zone for the slayer; plus Libnah and its suburbs.

14And Jattir and its vibes, and Eshtemoa and its vibes,

15And Holon and its vibes, and Debir and its vibes,

16And Ain and its vibes, and Juttah and its vibes, and Beth-shemesh with its vibes; nine cities from those two tribes.

17From the tribe of Benjamin, Gibeon and its vibes, Geba and its vibes,

18Anathoth and its vibes, and Almon and its vibes; four cities total.

19All the cities of Aaron's kids, the priests, were thirteen cities with their vibes.

20And the fams of Kohath's kids, the Levites still around, got the cities from their lot in the tribe of Ephraim.

21They hooked them up with Shechem and its vibes in mount Ephraim, a total safe space for the slayer; plus Gezer and its suburbs, no cap.

23From the tribe of Dan, they gave Eltekeh and its suburbs, Gibbethon and its suburbs, fr.

25From the half tribe of Manasseh, they blessed Tanach with its suburbs, and Gath-rimmon with its suburbs; just two cities, periodt.

26All the cities totaled ten with their suburbs for the fams of Kohath that stuck around, bussin'.

27And to the kids of Gershon, from the Levite fams, they gave Golan in Bashan with its suburbs, a chill spot for the slayer; plus Beesh-terah with its suburbs; that’s two cities, no cap.

28From the tribe of Issachar, they dished out Kishon with its suburbs, Dabareh with its suburbs, vibes.

29Jarmuth with its suburbs, En-gannim with its suburbs; that’s four cities, lit.

45Nothing the Lord said to the house of Israel went unfulfilled; everything popped off.

4And the lot came out for the families of the Kohathites: and the children of Aaron the priest, which were of the Levites, had by lot out of the tribe of Judah, and out of the tribe of Simeon, and out of the tribe of Benjamin, thirteen cities.

5And the rest of the children of Kohath had by lot out of the families of the tribe of Ephraim, and out of the tribe of Dan, and out of the half tribe of Manasseh, ten cities.

6And the children of Gershon had by lot out of the families of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of Asher, and out of the tribe of Naphtali, and out of the half tribe of Manasseh in Bashan, thirteen cities.

7The children of Merari by their families had out of the tribe of Reuben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun, twelve cities.

8And the children of Israel gave by lot unto the Levites these cities with their suburbs, as the Lord commanded by the hand of Moses.

9And they gave out of the tribe of the children of Judah, and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon, these cities which are here mentioned by name,

10Which the children of Aaron, being of the families of the Kohathites, who were of the children of Levi, had: for theirs was the first lot.

28And out of the tribe of Issachar, Kishon with her suburbs, Dabareh with her suburbs,

34And unto the families of the children of Merari, the rest of the Levites, out of the tribe of Zebulun, Jokneam with her suburbs, and Kartah with her suburbs,

35Dimnah with her suburbs, Nahalal with her suburbs; four cities.

36And out of the tribe of Reuben, Bezer with her suburbs, and Jahazah with her suburbs,

37Kedemoth with her suburbs, and Mephaath with her suburbs; four cities.

38And out of the tribe of Gad, Ramoth in Gilead with her suburbs, to be a city of refuge for the slayer; and Mahanaim with her suburbs,

39Heshbon with her suburbs, Jazer with her suburbs; four cities in all.

40So all the cities for the children of Merari by their families, which were remaining of the families of the Levites, were by their lot twelve cities.

41All the cities of the Levites within the possession of the children of Israel were forty and eight cities with their suburbs.

42These cities were every one with their suburbs round about them: thus were all these cities.

43And the Lord gave unto Israel all the land which he sware to give unto their fathers; and they possessed it, and dwelt therein.

44And the Lord gave them rest round about, according to all that he sware unto their fathers: and there stood not a man of all their enemies before them; the Lord delivered all their enemies into their hand.

45There failed not ought of any good thing which the Lord had spoken unto the house of Israel; all came to pass.
