Gen Z: Ecclesiastes 5
Keep it chill when you roll up to God's crib, and listen more than you talk; fools be out here not even knowing they’re sus.
Don’t be reckless with your words, and don’t let your heart get all hyped to spill tea before God; He’s up there, and you’re down here, so keep it short.
Dreams come from all the hustle, and a fool's chatter is loud and obvious, no cap.
When you make a promise to God, don’t ghost on it; He ain't vibing with fools, so keep your word.
Better to not promise than to say you will and flake out, fr.
Don’t let your mouth get you in trouble; don’t be like, “My bad” to the angel; why should God be mad at your voice and mess up your grind?
Too many dreams and too much talk can be a total waste; just keep it real with God.
If you see the poor getting played and justice being tossed around, don’t trip; there’s someone higher watching over it all, periodt.
The earth's goods are for everyone; even the king’s gotta eat from the land.
Chasing after cash won’t fill you up; loving the grind won’t bring more; that’s just a waste, no cap.
When stuff piles up, more people come to eat it; what’s the point if you just watch it all?
A hard worker’s sleep hits different, whether they munch on a little or a lot; but rich folks can’t catch Z’s, fr.
I’ve seen some rough stuff under the sun: riches held onto that just hurt the owners.
But those riches vanish with hard times; he has a kid, but nothing to give him.
He came into the world with nothing and leaves the same way, taking none of his grind with him.
This is a tough reality: just like he came, he leaves; what’s the gain if you worked for nothing?
He spends all his days eating in the dark, with mad sorrow and stress from his struggles.
Check this out: it’s dope to eat, drink, and enjoy the fruits of your hard work while you vibe under the sun, that’s your portion from God.
Every dude God blesses with riches and gives the power to enjoy it and be happy with his grind; that’s a straight-up gift from God.
He won’t remember much of his days because God fills his heart with joy.
