Gen Z: 2 Peter 2
But there were fake prophets in the squad, just like there’ll be sus teachers among you, trying to slide in some whack heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, bringing swift destruction on themselves.
And a ton of people are gonna vibe with their shady ways; ‘cause of them, the truth is gonna get roasted.
And through their greedy talk, they’ll make bank off you: their judgment’s been waiting forever, and their downfall is coming, no cap.
For if God didn’t hold back from the angels who messed up, but sent them straight to the dark, getting them ready for judgment;
And didn’t save the old world, but saved Noah, the eighth dude, a preacher of right vibes, bringing the flood upon the wicked;
And turned Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes, showing what happens when you live sus;
And saved Lot, who was totally over the toxic vibes of the wicked;
(For that righteous dude living among them was getting his soul wrecked daily by their shady deeds;)
The Lord knows how to save the good ones from temptation, and keep the unjust on lock for judgment day to get punished;
But especially those who are all about the flesh, chasing after dirty stuff, and don’t respect authority. They’re so full of themselves, talking trash about the important people.
But angels, who are way more powerful, don’t throw shade at them in front of the Lord.
But these guys, like dumb animals, made to be caught and destroyed, trash talk stuff they don’t even get; they’re gonna totally perish in their own mess;
And they’ll get the reward for their bad vibes, like those who think it’s lit to party in the daylight. They’re just spots and blemishes, showing off their own lies while they chill with you;
With eyes full of lust, they can’t stop sinning; tricking unstable souls: they’re all about greedy practices; cursed children;
Who ditched the right path, going off track, following Balaam’s way, who was all about the cash from unrighteousness;
But got called out for his mess: the dumb donkey spoke up for him, stopping the prophet’s madness.
These are wells with no water, clouds caught in a storm; darkness is reserved for them forever.
For when they drop big talk full of vanity, they lure in those who just escaped from the error;
While they promise freedom, they’re stuck in corruption themselves: whoever gets overpowered by someone is their servant.
For if they’ve escaped the world’s mess through knowing the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, then get caught up again, it’s worse for them than before.
For it would’ve been better for them to never have known the right path than to know it and then turn away from the holy command they got.
But it’s just like that true saying, The dog goes back to its own vomit; and the washed pig goes back to rolling in the mud.
